The Social Hub has found a natural home in Florence, the Cradle of The Renaissance, a place that inspires rebirth and reawakening. We would have been perfectly happy to call any part of the gorgeous city home. But then we discovered the iconic Dream Palace, a 20,000 square meter historic palazzo located in the heart of the city and we simply couldn’t resist the opportunity to be a part of Italian history. Don't let this stunning 19th century palazzo facade fool you. Beyond these doors lies a stylish, contemporary urban campus with designer lounges, a game room, state-of-the-art fitness area, a quiet library and an open, inviting courtyard piazza that buzzes with the excited beehive activity of our melting pot community. We believe in blurring boundaries, so we've created a space where travel meets home, work meets play and design meets comfort.

A prime location in the historic heart of Florence has its perks! Our illustrious neighbors include David (he of statue fame) at Galleria dell’Accademia, scenic parks and stunning fountains, and the handy Santa Maria Novella train station right down the road. Although El Duomo is 25 minutes away, we’d totally understand if you’d prefer to enjoy the view of it from our rooftop pool. Buses and trains all get to and leave from Santa Maria Novella station, reachable in 13 minutes walking. But if you arrive to the airport you can take the train to SMN station or a taxi could also be handy!
